Losing weight doesn’t need to be hard.

In fact most times what keeps you from achieving your goals isn’t lack of know how or will power.

You have a disappointment, eat too many cookies, drown yourself in guilt and STOP taking action towards your goals.

Food is neutral.  It’s neither good or bad.  YOU aren’t good or bad for your choices either.

They are just choices.

Yes or NO.

To lose weight you just have to step into making MORE choices that support your goals consistently over time.

Not perfectly.


Yes, your weight loss may be slower going, but it will come off AND it will stay off.

Can you find the courage to keep going even when you don’t know how long it will take to get there?

Are YOU worth the effort?

(the answer is always YES!! YOU are 100% worthy of having everything you want)

Enjoy my first attempt at video editing… a year ago this would have overwhelmed me and I wouldn’t have had the courage to put this out into the world.

Today I am willing to TRY anything, and give myself permission to learn at my pace, baby step my way forward and not let the overwhelm gremlins take over.

It’s not perfect but it’s done and next time I will get better.

Losing weight and eating healthy is not a ONE AND DONE deal either. It is a series of try, try and try again.  Every time you learn and even thought it may not feel like it you are moving forward.
