The solution for lasting weight loss.

Losing weight doesn’t need to be hard.

In fact most times what keeps you from achieving your goals isn’t lack of know how or will power.

You have a disappointment, eat too many cookies, drown yourself in guilt and STOP taking action towards your goals.

Food is neutral.  It’s neither good or bad.  YOU aren’t good or bad for your choices either.

They are just choices.

Yes or NO.

To lose weight you just have to step into making MORE choices that support your goals consistently over time.

Not perfectly.

Consistently.

Yes, your weight loss may be slower going, but it will come off AND it will stay off.

Can you find the courage to keep going even when you don’t know how long it will take to get there?

Are YOU worth the effort?

(the answer is always YES!! YOU are 100% worthy of having everything you want)

Enjoy my first attempt at video editing… a year ago this would have overwhelmed me and I wouldn’t have had the courage to put this out into the world.

Today I am willing to TRY anything, and give myself permission to learn at my pace, baby step my way forward and not let the overwhelm gremlins take over.

It’s not perfect but it’s done and next time I will get better.

Losing weight and eating healthy is not a ONE AND DONE deal either. It is a series of try, try and try again.  Every time you learn and even thought it may not feel like it you are moving forward.

You may not have been ready to join me in E.A.T!

Perhaps it sounded overwhelming and you just didn’t trust yourself to follow through on another program.
I am excited to announce you have another option to work with me and I am building an entire community of women (and even a few guys) to support you every step of the way.

You never have to feel alone on your journey again.

Watch the video below and leave a comment about how you are going to START taking action towards your weight loss goal.

Episode 131: No Emotion Is Negative

Today, I’m gonna rant a little. As I step more and more into my leadership role, I think it’s important to also share the icky bits. You can’t truly experience the expansion of joy and gratitude if you’re not also willing to dance at the other end of the emotional...

Episode 130: Re-Release (How to Stop Yelling at Your Kids and Be a Great Mom)

This episode is a special encore episode because Mother’s Day is coming up. It was among the first I put out for this podcast and it still rings true today. Back in the day, I was a real dragon mom. I yelled all the time at my kids and believed that if they’d just...

Episode 129: You Cannot Have What You Envy in Others

What do you believe about others who have what you want? Today’s topic of discussion came up in the last round of my now retired Weight Loss From Within program. The journaling prompt centered around how you can’t have for yourself what you hate or envy in others....

Episode 127: The Biggest Bullshit Story That Leads to Your Emotional Constipation

If you’ve been a regular listener, you’ve heard about how I’ve been feeling very flat and uninspired lately. After sharing how I’ve been feeling, I moved that energy and learned that over the years I was a control freak who didn’t want people to see that I didn’t have...

Episode 126: How to Avoid Chasing Happiness in Your Pursuit of Milestones

I’m committed to living an extraordinary life on my own terms, day in and day out. My business has just passed an incredibly significant milestone (which I’ll share on a future episode). For now, I just need to be present to what I’m experiencing and allow myself to...

Episode 124: How to Go From Feeling Flat to Feeling Fine

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been going in and out of this phase of feeling really flat. I’ve been feeling sad, uninspired, frustrated, sometimes even angry and haven’t felt super inspired to do anything--not be on social media putting out content or consuming...

Episode 123: How to Break the Vicious Cycle of Should-ing On Yourself

I hear all the time from my clients, “I should have...” over and over. The truth is we don’t know what we don’t know until we know it. We all have blind windows. So when you start telling yourself you should have done this or that, it’s an opportunity for you to pay...

Episode 122: One Key Factor to Make Doing the Difficult Things Easier

Today’s topic is something I’m super passionate about, and I think it gets a lot of people confused along the way. You’ve probably heard me say, “Let it be easy” but at the same time we still have to do hard things. So we’re going to dive into doing difficult things...
