I promised you a video, a little bit of a soap box rant on sugar, and kicking sugar, and how often I see these seven day sugar detoxes.

So it’s not that I’m anti-sugar detox.

It’s not that at all.

I am just a big believer that addiction is a lot more than just cutting out the substance. You can cut out the substance, but you’re going to move on to something else, or you’re going to end up right back in the space that you started.

True recovery from any addiction means stepping up in a much bigger way, showing up for yourself in a different way, and looking at the overall picture of what you’re wrestling with.

This means addressing your mindset.

These means addressing the deep emotions that are tied to why we even reach for sugar and certain foods in the first place.

It is about understanding the big picture of nutrition, and taking responsibility for all of it.

Just cutting out sugar’s not going to fix the problem because you need to create a balanced lifestyle all the way around, and I’m not just talking about food.

I’m talking about self-care.

I’m talking about nutrition.

I’m talking about things like rest, play, and all the things that light us up as human beings, and make us feel connected with ourselves.

That’s how you recover from addiction.

It’s about getting in the game, and really showing up and taking responsibility for the whole picture.

So that’s what I do.

That’s what E.A.T! is all about.

E.A.T! is actually a recovery plan for anybody who is wrestling with food related addictions, can’t seem to step past emotional eating, and doesn’t really understand how to put all the pieces together.

You’re always looking for the next diet and the next band aid fix.

So if you’re ready to show up for yourself in a different way, if you’re ready to really step into responsibility for your relationship with food and your relationship with yourself then maybe it’s time you check out my work, and see what I’m really up to.

I might not be for you, but I might be exactly what it is you’re looking for if you just had the courage to jump in.

You can find more information HERE.

Class is always open.

I set it up so that when you’re ready to learn, when you’re ready to show up for yourself you can walk in the door, and all the information will be available there to you.

If you’re not ready to tackle what’s going on with your nutrition, but you know that you’re not really showing up for yourself, you know that you’re stuck in patterns of people pleasing, or care taking, and you want to work with somebody that’s going to get you back into your heart, and centered in who you are, and what lights you up, and my message resonates with you, CONTACT ME.

Let’s talk about it.

I’m easy to find.

I respond to every single comment.

I respond to every single email.

I’m incredibly connected with my community.

You can also hop over and join my public facebook E.A.T!  group where I’m always in there surfing, and every day has a different theme where I ask questions, provide information, whatever I can do to support you, and so that my community can get to know me better as I enter into the world in a much bigger way.
