I love podcasts.

They’re such an easy way to connect with people from around the world and WOW have I ever learned a ton.

I’ve also had the pleasure of being a guest on a few (and will be doing more this year) giving me an opportunity to spread my message and share my story with the world.

Megan Hale came onto my radar last year on my facebook feed.  There she was in a picture with Brene Brown and I thought “who is this woman”?  Fast forward and the next thing I knew she’d sent me a message saying she’d love to connect.

We became fast friends and I love the work she’s putting out into the world.

Women supporting women to be their best selves.  She’s taught me a lot about collaboration and the power of our stories.

A rising tide lifts all boats.

She’s a retired psychotherapist, fierce feminine leadership mentor, soul alignment catalyst and creates radical transformations in women.

She believe’s that within every woman is the desire to know her beauty, stand in her power, trust her wisdom, and become the bold creator of the beautiful life she deserves.

You can see why we hit it off so well.

We both walk women through a process of realizing they’re enough.

Not after you lose the weight, finish the degree, find the right guy or land your dream job.

I was so honoured when she invited me onto her podcast “The Enoughness rEVOLution” (you see the love tucked in there?).

To say I’ve had my personal ass kicked over the past 5 years is an understatement.  I’ve had to do some deep, messy and emotional inner work but I can say that every tear and tantrum has been worth it.

I’m more ME now than I’ve ever been. Grounded in who I am, what I stand for, what my values are, the boundaries I honour and fully in the drivers seat of my life.

I am creating my life on purpose and I’m not afraid to share my own raw moments in the hopes it will open you up to look more deeply within yourself.

Pour yourself a cup of tea and settle in for a powerful conversation.

I’d love to hear your take aways from this interview and how you plan to embrace your enoughness in the comments below.
