What would you do if you weren’t afraid?

It’s beautiful out here on the West coast of Canada and this is my amazing street, and my amazing neighbourhood.  I actually wrote down living here on my goal sheet in 2007 or 2008 and now I am living in my dream house on my dream street with my amazing family.
This didn’t happen overnight.
There were many years, and many different events that took place in order to get me to this place in my life, and in my business.

Today I was really thinking back with a lot of gratitude, and a lot of reflection on just how many challenging choices I’ve had to make in my life to create what I want for myself.
I’m still building out what I want to create for myself, but I am loving the process of it.
I want to ask you what would you change in your life if you weren’t afraid?
What one small action would you take to move you towards feeling better in your life, feeling better in your body, and going after the things you truly want?
Because we all get one life and I hope that you are living it fully.
All those things that you think that are getting in your way, and making it not possible for you to go after your dreams, they’re just not true.
If you have the courage to start looking at the things that you do have control over, and the changes you can make, anything is possible in your life.
So take today, and think about that.
If you weren’t afraid in your life, what would you change?
What would you do?
Just look at one small thing, and start.
Start something, and recognize it might not be comfortable.
It might not feel super awesome in the moment, but those little changes from, some self-care rituals, packing your food, eating healthy food, getting out and moving, accepting compliments, making time for yourself, saying no instead of saying yes all the time have a huge impact in how you think and feel about yourself moving forward.
They can change your life.
So think about it today.
What would you do, and what would you change if you weren’t afraid?
Life is waiting for you.
I hope to do a few more of these videos in the future as I continue to challenge myself to not be afraid.
