Have you ever caught yourself in a pattern, named it out loud, understood exactly why you do it, and then watched yourself do it again anyway? There is nothing wrong with you, and you are not lacking discipline. But something is missing, and this episode is about what that actually is.
This is Part 1 of a three-part series called What Knowing Can’t Fix, and it might be the most important thing I’ve ever put out on this podcast. Because if you’ve done the personal development work, if you have the self-awareness, if you understand your patterns at a level that would impress most therapists, and nothing has actually shifted, this episode names exactly why.
Why You Can See Your Pattern and Still Can’t Stop It
Here’s what most of the personal development industry gets wrong: awareness is the starting point, not the destination. You’ve been told that if you understand your pattern deeply enough, change will follow. It hasn’t. And the reason isn’t a lack of understanding or commitment or courage. The reason is that there’s a step between knowing a pattern and actually outgrowing the identity that was built around it, and almost nobody is talking about it.
In this episode, I break down why knowing isn’t enough, what’s actually keeping your patterns in place, and what has to happen instead. I also introduce the four identity patterns at the core of the Success Paradox framework, so you can start to recognize which one is quietly running your life.
What We Talk About in This Episode
- Why you can see your pattern clearly and still repeat it: Awareness opens the door. But opening the door doesn’t mean you’re going to walk into the room and do anything about what’s inside it. I explain what awareness can and cannot do, and why confusing the first step for the entire staircase keeps so many high achievers stuck.
- The real reason your patterns won’t budge: Your patterns aren’t bad habits. They’re protective strategies that a younger version of you built to feel loved, safe, and like you belong. They didn’t just stay as strategies. They became your identity, the thing you’re known for, often the thing you’re most admired for, and your body doesn’t release them just because your mind has decided they’re no longer necessary.
- Why you can’t think your way out of this: You keep trying to reason, journal, or read your way through something that was never a thinking problem. The knowing lives in your head. The pattern lives in your body. And your body doesn’t update on information. It updates on emotional experience powerful enough to reorganize who you believe yourself to be.
- The feeling underneath the pattern: There is a feeling underneath all your doing, achieving, perfecting, and giving that your pattern was built to protect you from. Your awareness can see the strategy. It cannot touch the feeling the strategy was built around. And until that feeling is addressed, the pattern holds, no matter how clearly you name it.
- The Success Paradox: The strategies that built your success, the ones that have made you exceptional, driven your career, and earned the life people look at and admire, are the same strategies that are costing you the actual experience of that success. This is why they’re so hard to look at honestly. They’re not just habits. They’re the engine that’s been running your whole life.
- The four identity patterns and which one is yours: I walk through the four patterns at the core of the Success Paradox framework: the constant doing that fills every gap with productivity, the achieving that keeps moving the bar the moment you hit it, the polishing that has no real line between excellence and exposure, and the giving that has made your worth dependent on being needed. One of these is going to land in your body differently than the others.
- Why the personal development industry leaves out the most important step: Most growth work stops at awareness, or offers another framework on top of the awareness you already have. The step in between, the one that actually produces identity-level change, isn’t another tool and it isn’t intellectual. It’s something most people actively avoid. That’s what Part 2 is about.
- What this means for the work you’ve already done: None of the growth you’ve invested in has been wasted. You’ve done exactly what you were told to do, and you’ve done it well. The frustration isn’t evidence that something is wrong with you. It’s evidence that you’re ready for the next step.
This Episode Is for You If You’ve Ever:
- Caught yourself in a pattern mid-act, said “I literally know better,” and done it anyway
- Filled up your calendar the moment you had open space, even when you said you wanted more time and freedom
- Said yes before you even finished thinking, then spent the next ten minutes quietly resenting it
- Been harder on yourself than you would ever be with someone you love, and known it, and kept doing it anyway
- Felt like you were watching yourself rerun the same pattern over and over from a front-row seat, without being able to stop it
- Collapsed into bed exhausted but found your mind still racing through everything you didn’t finish
- Built something that looks genuinely impressive from the outside while quietly wondering “is this all there is?”
- Known you should slow down, and felt strangely uncomfortable when you actually had the chance to
- Done enough personal development work that you understand your patterns at a deep level, and still can’t figure out why nothing has actually moved
Why Awareness Alone Won’t Create the Change You’re Looking For
Awareness matters. It is the first step. You genuinely cannot change what you cannot see, and the moment someone or something swings the door open and gives you that clarity, that in itself can be transformational. I know this because I built awareness into the first stage of the Congruency Loop, the methodology that anchors all of my client work. Awareness is where everything starts.
But starting is not finishing. And for so many high achievers, the work has stalled at the starting point, not because they haven’t done enough awareness work, but because they’ve been doing awareness work on something that was never an awareness problem.
The pattern you keep returning to isn’t a behavior you haven’t understood well enough. It’s an identity. It’s a version of you that was built around getting love, safety, and belonging, and that version doesn’t update because your mind has decided it should. It updates when something shifts at the level of the feeling it was built to protect you from. That’s the step nobody is talking about. That’s what this series is here to name.
Know Your Pattern Before Part 2 Drops
Before the next episode in this series, I have one very specific ask: take the Success Paradox Quiz.
Knowing your primary pattern, whether you’re a doer, an achiever, a polisher, or a giver, is going to change the way everything in Parts 2 and 3 lands. Instead of hearing a general process for identity change, you’ll be able to map it directly onto your own specific pattern, the one that’s been driving your success and quietly costing you the experience of it.
You’ll get a detailed description of your primary and secondary identity structure, and an invitation into a private podcast where I go deep into each archetype. I’ll be the first to tell you that most of my clients see themselves in all four. Listen to your own archetype first, and then listen to the rest.

Ready to Go Deeper Right Now?
If this episode named something you’ve been living inside for a long time, that gap between knowing your pattern and actually not running it anymore, the Congruency Audit is where that work begins in real time.
The Congruency Audit is a free 15-minute call where we look at the gap between the success you’ve built on the outside and what you’re actually feeling on the inside. We’ll identify the specific pattern that’s been running you, what it’s been costing you, and what it’s going to take to finally create success that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.
This isn’t about optimizing the version of yourself you built to survive. It’s about creating congruence so the life you’ve built doesn’t just look good. It finally feels right.

00:00:06:29 - 00:00:33:12
Lisa
You built success that looks damn good on the outside, but inside it's costing you your health, your relationships, your energy. And no matter how much you do, it never feels like enough. Welcome to Congruent. I'm Lisa Carpenter, the coach. High performers call when they can afford to burn it all down, but they can't keep living like this either.
00:00:33:14 - 00:00:58:24
Lisa
Here we rip off the mask of success and expose what's real. The patterns that you keep running, the price that you've paid, and how to build success that fuels you instead of empties you. Real success is agency. It's powerful self leadership to run your life instead of being run by it. To let your drive and your well-being finally work together.
00:00:58:27 - 00:01:09:06
Lisa
Because the real win is success. That actually feels good.
00:01:09:08 - 00:01:35:21
Lisa
Hey, hey and welcome back to congruent. And today I want to talk about something that I know so many of you are getting into. Because this is what I hear from my clients all the time. So, you know, you're getting lost in details that don't matter, and you spend way more time refining things than you know needs your refinement, even when you know nobody's even going to notice what you've put into it.
00:01:35:24 - 00:02:02:15
Lisa
Meanwhile, you can also see things that are really important in your lives that are sitting there untouched. Are you picking up what I'm putting down here? Or maybe you're the person that you already see that your to do list is completely unreasonable, but before you even finish writing it out, you're already filling spaces on your calendar that you don't have because empty space feels kind of uncomfortable and weird.
00:02:02:15 - 00:02:25:16
Lisa
If we're being honest. For all my overdue hours out there, who wants extra time? So even though you say you want more time and freedom, if given the opportunity to have time and freedom, you actually will still go and fill up your calendar. Or maybe you're the person who says yes without even thinking about whether or not you want to say yes.
00:02:25:19 - 00:02:44:15
Lisa
And then ten minutes later you're like, why did I say yes? Why did I agree to that? I don't even want to agree to that. But you've already said yes. So of course you're going to follow through because integrity or maybe you're the person similar to me who you're harder on yourself than you would be with anybody you love.
00:02:44:18 - 00:03:11:15
Lisa
And you know, you're harder on yourself, but then you keep being hard on yourself. You see all your patterns, and you watch yourself rerun the patterns over and over and over again, even while saying to yourself, I literally know better. I mean, if I had a penny for every time my client said to me, I know better, I would be an incredibly wealthy, wealthy woman.
00:03:11:17 - 00:03:31:04
Lisa
And I get it. Because even as I'm sitting here recording this episode, you know, I lay things out. I kind of structure them out because I need a little bit of, a framework that I can work with now. And, man, I have to override the part of me that just wants to like, polish and polish. And I'm like, Lisa, nobody gives a shit.
00:03:31:10 - 00:03:52:20
Lisa
Turn on the mic and start talking. And those people who are going to resonate with your message are going to pick up what you're putting down. And I watch myself, I literally watch myself in this pattern and I have to just say, Lisa, stop it. So the difference is I pull myself out of the pattern and that's what I want to talk about today in this episode.
00:03:52:20 - 00:04:23:08
Lisa
So if you know that feeling where your awareness is so sharp, but nothing is actually shifting for you, I really encourage you to stay with me in this episode, because what I'm going to walk you through over the next actually three episodes, is going to reframe everything you think you know about. Why. So this is the first episode of this three part series that I'm calling What Knowing Can't Fix, and I've called it that because I think it named something that so many of us have been living inside for a long time.
00:04:23:08 - 00:04:48:02
Lisa
At least I know my clients have been. And it's that you've told yourself that if you understand your pattern deeply enough, that change will follow and it hasn't. And it's not because your understanding of it has been wrong, but because there is something between knowing a pattern and actually letting it go that many people aren't talking about. So this is where we're going to start.
00:04:48:02 - 00:05:07:19
Lisa
And this is why awareness doesn't produce change, even when it's really great awareness. Then we're going to name the the step the into. I want to see the entire personal development interesting leaves out, but really not everybody out there is doing this. So I want to give kudos to all my fellow coaches who are doing a really great job.
00:05:07:19 - 00:05:35:23
Lisa
But so much of the personal development industry does leave this piece out. And in the final episode, we are going to go all the way in into the specific thing that your pattern has been protecting you from feeling your entire life. But before we go any further into this episode, if you haven't already taken the Success Paradox Quiz, I'm going to encourage you to go and do that so you can find it at Lisa Carpenter, aka Forward Slash Quiz.
00:05:35:25 - 00:06:05:24
Lisa
Because knowing your specific pattern, knowing the archetype that you are working from, is going to make everything I say across these next three episodes land in your body so much more deeply than in your head. So I really going to I'm really going to encourage you to go and sign up for the quiz. Go through it. You're going to get a detailed description on the other side of the patterns that you're running, and then you're going to get an invitation into a private podcast where I go super, super deep into each archetype.
00:06:05:26 - 00:06:25:10
Lisa
So I want you to listen to your own archetype. But knowing my clients the way I know them, they're almost all a combination of all four. So you're going to get your primary and your secondary, but I really encourage you to listen to the entire private podcast series. You're going to walk away with a lot more, awareness, which is where we start.
00:06:25:12 - 00:06:56:23
Lisa
So this is the thing. We do need to create awareness because awareness is the first step in change. We have to see the pattern in order to be able to change the pattern. We have to understand ourselves deeply enough so that we can create transformation. But look, that is not enough. So that is where the personal development industry gets it wrong, because awareness in itself doesn't create change.
00:06:56:25 - 00:07:16:18
Lisa
It can. It just opens the door. But opening the door doesn't mean you're going to clean the closet, like it doesn't actually mean you're going to step into the room. So and I'm not going to pretend that I'm outside of this because awareness is the first step in my own methodology, the congruency loop. That's where all of my clients start.
00:07:16:20 - 00:07:48:06
Lisa
And I built it that way because it does matter, because you genuinely cannot change if you you can't change what you can't see. And for me, there have been so many times in my life where somebody swinging open the door or pulling open the curtains and giving me that awareness has has just been such. I mean, that in itself is transformational and it will only get you so far because again, you still have to step into the room in order to create change.
00:07:48:13 - 00:08:20:29
Lisa
So, you know, after being in this work for over 25 years with both clients and myself, we have confused for so many people they've confused the first step as being the entire staircase and many have made awareness the destination when it was only ever meant to be the starting point. And if you've been standing at that starting point for a long time now, seeing your pattern with real clarity can be incredibly frustrating.
00:08:21:01 - 00:08:41:15
Lisa
And it's a it's a great way for my provers to be super hard on themselves because like, why? Why isn't why aren't things changing? Why hasn't anything moved? So I want to be clear, I'm not trying to criticize any of the work that you've already done because you've done exactly what you were told to do, and you've probably done it really well.
00:08:41:15 - 00:09:05:29
Lisa
My clients really pride themselves on personal growth and development. They have a learners mindset and it up until now, it's given you the ability to catch yourself in the moment and say, okay, I'm I see what I'm doing here. And that is really important. That is really that really matters in your transformational journey. But here's what awareness will never do.
00:09:06:05 - 00:09:38:13
Lisa
It simply doesn't change your identity. And I don't know that many people are talking about what it takes to actually change ourselves at an identity level, because the patterns that you're running, they're not just behaviors. They have become a part of who you believe you are. Your identity, and they've been woven into who you became in order to help you feel safe, loved, and a sense of belonging which we all need as human beings.
00:09:38:13 - 00:10:04:10
Lisa
So all of our patterns are built around that, that need and desire for love, safety and belonging. So when we can see a behavior with perfect clarity and still not be able to stop it, it's because you're not necessarily just dealing with the behavior. You're dealing with a version of yourself that was built a very long time ago, that was built on this premise that it needed to survive, okay, needed to survive.
00:10:04:10 - 00:10:33:23
Lisa
It needed to have those needs met of love, safety and belonging. And that version doesn't just update because all of a sudden you can see the pattern that's not how, personal development works. And I get this because, listen, I am a highly self-aware person, and that can actually be my Kryptonite, because I can then hide behind this self-awareness instead of allowing myself to be open and vulnerable and letting other people in.
00:10:33:23 - 00:10:53:25
Lisa
Because the prover part of me doesn't like people to see parts of me that I can't already see myself. And I mean, the first time I really saw this pattern show up for me was when I was at the rehab center that I'd gone to to learn about, you know, my addict, which, as I've said in previous episodes, was really about me learning about myself.
00:10:53:27 - 00:11:17:20
Lisa
And I was adamant that I was, you know, we didn't exercise, and I was adamant that I was going to get everything right on that exercise. Nobody, nobody was going to be able to tell me anything I didn't know about myself. And that exercise, I'll share it in a different episode, literally took me to my knees, because the very thing that I didn't see was the pattern, the awareness around my awareness, how that was like my Kryptonite.
00:11:17:23 - 00:11:50:01
Lisa
So I had to learn that understanding the patterns I was running more clearly was never going to be the thing that changed. It, and that they were pointing to something deeper. And the deeper thing was what was running underneath the pattern. And that alone, awareness will never be able to reach. So let me explain what I actually think has been going on here, because this is the part that creates the most frustrated frustration, and I want to name it.
00:11:50:01 - 00:12:11:19
Lisa
So you can stop blaming yourself for it. When you can see your pattern and you still repeat it. The conclusion most of my people come to is that there must be something wrong with them, that they're not disciplined enough, they're not committed enough, they're not brave enough to make the change. And I want to tell you directly that none of that is true.
00:12:11:22 - 00:12:42:11
Lisa
What's actually happening is the pattern persists because it it is such a protective mechanism. Like I said, it's a strategy that a younger version of you built to keep you from feeling something that felt unbearable at the time. And that strategy didn't become a story. That strategy didn't just stay a strategy. It built your absolute identity. It became part of who you are, and it became a way that you move through the world the way that people know you.
00:12:42:11 - 00:13:04:00
Lisa
The thing that often many of you are admired for. And your body doesn't just let go of that because your mind has decided that it's no longer necessary. So think about it this way you can understand intellectually that you don't need to prove yourself to anybody anymore, but your body is still going to brace when somebody questions your competence.
00:13:04:00 - 00:13:30:16
Lisa
I know because I have been there, I have felt this. You can know that you don't have to hold everything together and your body will still tighten the moment somebody drops the ball. You can see clearly that saying yes when you want to say no is costing you so much, and your body will still flood with feelings of guilt, even when you try to say no because the knowing lives in your head.
00:13:30:16 - 00:13:56:12
Lisa
But the pattern actually is living in your body, and your body doesn't update on information. It updates on experience, specifically on emotional experience that is powerful enough to reorganize who you believe yourself to be. And this is where most people get stuck, because you keep trying to think your way out of something that was never a thinking problem.
00:13:56:18 - 00:14:27:17
Lisa
And this is so often what my provers get into. They want to think their way through it. Instead of being present and feeling into it. Because this isn't a thinking problem. You can't just read another book or journal more, and the more awareness you add on top of the awareness you already have just compounds the frustration. Because nothing moves when the when the thing keeping the pattern in place was never a lack of understanding.
00:14:27:19 - 00:14:48:20
Lisa
What's keeping it in place is this there's a feeling underneath the pattern that the pattern was built to protect you from. Okay, so I'm going to say that again. There's a feeling underneath the pattern that the pattern was built to protect you from all your doing, all your proving, all your perfecting, all you're giving. These are not the problem.
00:14:48:22 - 00:15:14:18
Lisa
They are strategies that became part of your identity. And your awareness is allowing you to see the strategy. But it's not touching the feeling. The identity was built around. And until that feeling is addressed, your identity is going to hold, no matter how clearly you name it. So I want to get specific with you around this, because this isn't just an abstract awareness problem.
00:15:14:20 - 00:15:47:16
Lisa
This is what I call a success problem. And it's a very particular kind of success problem. So this is why I talk about it as the success paradox, because the strategies that built your success, the doing, the achieving, the perfecting, the caretaking, these are all childhood survival strategies that got so effective, so rewarded, so reinforced by the world around you that they didn't just help you cope, they became part of your identity.
00:15:47:19 - 00:16:13:29
Lisa
This is what made you exceptional. They built your career, your business, your reputation, and the life that people look at and admire. It's what makes you feel good about yourself often. Okay, this, these these are the coping strategies that we use to support ourselves feeling good. But they they ultimately end up making us feel worse. And that's exactly why they're so hard to look at.
00:16:13:29 - 00:16:41:15
Lisa
Because they're not bad habits necessarily. They're the engine that have been running your whole life and now we're asking you to examine it honestly, because to question the thing that that makes you who you are is really, really challenging. So it's not just awareness about it, but questioning, like, why? Like why was this even here? What created this?
00:16:41:18 - 00:17:03:23
Lisa
So we have to move beyond just awareness. And that's why the general awareness isn't enough. You need to know what specific pattern you're running because they're all different, and you want to be working on the right one, or you're going to continue to spin. So I'm going to walk you through them briefly, and I want you to notice which one creates kind of a charge in your body.
00:17:03:23 - 00:17:31:02
Lisa
When I'm talking about not which one you think you are, but which one you actually feel in your body. So for some of you, the pattern is constant doing. You're going to fill every gap with productivity because the alternative is feeling and feeling for my for my doers has never felt productive for most of you. You were taught that feelings didn't really matter, but what you were doing mattered more.
00:17:31:04 - 00:17:53:10
Lisa
So your identity has become built around the one who handles things and if you're not doing something, there's a whole judgment around, well, am I just being lazy? There's there's no point in slowing down. There's no point in feeling what you're feeling like. Let's just get on with it. Let's go do the thing we need to do to move the needle forward.
00:17:53:17 - 00:18:14:08
Lisa
And that's that. So your whole identity is built around productivity and what you can produce. Now, for some of you, it's about achieving. So I know many of you are going to recognize yourself in this because I've talked about it so much. You set the bar, you hit the bar, and then before you've even like celebrated that you hit the bar.
00:18:14:08 - 00:18:44:08
Lisa
You've raised the bar. So stopping slowing down feels like falling behind and feels like you're never going to quite be enough. So it's like this feeling of constantly chasing extraordinary, constantly chasing that next thing and your identity is also fuzed to your output. So if you're not producing something, if you're not chasing something, if you're not moving on with the next goal, then what makes you important?
00:18:44:08 - 00:19:08:07
Lisa
What makes you matter? Now? For some of you, it's about polishing or perfecting. So you want to make sure that everything is right, but you have no line defining the difference between perfection and excellence. All you know is if it's not good enough, you're going to feel exposed. And so your identity becomes built around getting it right and feeling good enough.
00:19:08:09 - 00:19:26:29
Lisa
And this is something that I struggle with with the podcast every single week, is I want to make sure that I'm putting out great content, but I've had to let go of the part of me that's like, but is it going to be good enough? Lisa, can you say this one thing in a different way? And it's just that, but I can't let that stop me from putting out the podcast.
00:19:26:29 - 00:19:55:17
Lisa
But because for those of you who need to hear things in the way that I see them, if I'm busy over here refining and polishing this podcast would never go out. And I mean, I don't know how many episodes we're up to now, but when I started this podcast, it was literally about me shifting my identity around that level of perfectionism and saying, I am going to consistently create an episode every single week, even if I don't feel like it, even if there's a train going by in the in the background.
00:19:55:17 - 00:20:17:19
Lisa
And I do have an episode with trains in the background, and I'm grilling chicken like, because it was, it was about me just getting over things being perfect and just getting them done. Okay, now for some of you, it's going to be about giving, right? Like I've talked about. You're going to be saying yes, even though, you don't want to say yes.
00:20:17:21 - 00:20:40:24
Lisa
But the moment you try and put yourself at the top of your priority list, which requires you that you say no to other people, you're going to have to deal with the guilt that floods in so often my givers. Their identity is built around being needed, and without that, they don't really know who they are. Right? So everything about their life is about how they can show up for other people.
00:20:41:02 - 00:21:02:07
Lisa
And in all fairness, women have really been taught to put other people first and that, you know, martyrdom is love, so to speak. So these are these are identity patterns that just weren't born in us. We created them. But we've also created them on the shoulders of the generations before us. So these coping patterns have been passed down and passed down and passed down.
00:21:02:07 - 00:21:24:20
Lisa
So when we talk about healing, generational trauma, little trauma, I'm talking about, this is some of the things that that we're dealing with. And this is why awareness will never be enough. So these four patterns all have four different types of feelings underneath and all different shared experiences. So awareness hasn't been enough to shift it because awareness can't change your identity.
00:21:24:23 - 00:21:49:24
Lisa
So something else does. And that's where this series is going. So I don't know which one is yours. But this is why I built the success paradox quiz. So again Lisa Carpenter aka forward slash quiz. And that's going to show you, like I said, your primary and your secondary identity structure. That's been driving your success and quietly costing you the experience of success.
00:21:49:26 - 00:22:18:26
Lisa
So what it's going to reveal about you is going to make the next two episodes land in a very, very different way. So if you've done the work, if you have the self-awareness, if you understand your self at a level that would genuinely impress most therapists, but you're still living inside this same pattern, it doesn't mean that the work you've done has been wasted, and it certainly doesn't mean that there's anything wrong with you.
00:22:18:28 - 00:22:39:03
Lisa
It just means that there's a step between seeing your pattern and actually outgrowing the identity that it was built around that you haven't that you haven't understood yet. And that step isn't about more awareness. It's about something else entirely. And it's about it's a step that most people want to skip because nobody told them that it was there.
00:22:39:05 - 00:23:06:15
Lisa
And honestly, it's something that most of us avoid, even when we do know about it, because the step between knowing and actually changing who you are isn't intellectual. It's it's deeply emotional. And like I said, for many of my clients, they never learned that their emotions held any value. And so to open themselves up to feeling things that they don't want to feel is really challenging.
00:23:06:17 - 00:23:34:03
Lisa
And that is something that just staying in the awareness can't prepare you for. And that's what the next episode is going to be about. So in the next episode of What Knowing Can't fixed, I'm going to name it. I'm going to name the step between awareness and identity change. I'm going to name the step that the industry skips, the one that can't be hacked or fast tracked or thought through and it's probably not what you expect.
00:23:34:03 - 00:23:54:14
Lisa
It's not going to be another framework. It's something much simpler than that, and also so much harder. So before the next episode drops, go over, take the Success Paradox quiz if you haven't already, and what I'm going to walk you through in part two and three is going to land completely differently when you know your specific pattern going in.
00:23:54:16 - 00:24:21:04
Lisa
So if this if this episode names something you've been feeling this awareness without any forward movement or change, I'd love for you to send it to someone. And you know who exactly who. I mean, the person who's done all the work and is quietly wondering why nothing has shifted in them. This is for them to. All right, so head over, take the quiz, make sure that you subscribe to the Kangaroo podcast so that you get episode two.
00:24:21:04 - 00:24:47:21
Lisa
When it launches next week, and I look forward to sharing the next step, the next part of this three part series with you. So that you can create more than awareness, and you can actually create that transformational change that you're looking for. Thanks for being here, and I will catch you on the next episode. And if you didn't write down those links, will have them all for you in the show notes, you can just head over there and grab them all.
00:24:47:23 - 00:24:49:08
Lisa
I'll catch you on the next episode.
