Episode 32: Who are you willing to become?

Body Image, Mindset, Podcasts, Transformation

In today’s episode Lisa shares her decision to compete and takes you down memory lane as she reflects on her journey on stage over 13 years ago.  She shares her constant need to “seek” to find happiness and how so much of her life was about avoiding, hiding and not taking responsibility for the stories she was telling herself.

What stories are driving your life?  Have you ever stopped to listen to the internal dialogue that is constantly chattering away?  Do you feel like you are constantly looking for that thing that will make you feel fulfilled and happy?

Tune in and make sure you listen to the end to hear some powerful journaling prompts that will help you identify the stories you’re living from about your body and what’s possible when you’re willing to become the woman who no longer tolerates negative self talk.
