Episode 43: Having needs does not make you needy

In episode 43 Lisa shares about what is possible when you allow yourself to acknowledge and take responsibility for what it is you need to thrive.  Having needs is part of the human experience however, many of us learned at an early age that having needs made us weak, emotional, or drama queens.  It’s ok to ask for what you need in healthy ways and it’s imperative that you understand what it is you need to show up as your best self.
