I want you to take a look at how this is getting in the way of you wanting to lose weight.
If you can’t slow down enough to take care of yourself, how do you think you are going to achieve the changes that you want for your body?
In order for your body to change, you actually have to be present with yourself.
You have to be able to pay attention to what’s going on with your body and what it needs to feel taken care of and loved.You may not even know where to start in terms of take better care of yourself when you are juggling so many other responsibilities and you can’t even seem to unravel yourself from this mindset of being busy all the time.
