Nothing makes me happier than slowing down, getting outside and enjoying the beautiful view that I call home.

My name is Lisa Carpenter. I’m a Transformational Life and Nutrition coach and today I wanted to talk about busy and self-care.

Many of the women that I’ve worked with are so busy in their lives, they’ve forgotten what it even means to slow down and take care of themselves.

You might even think that I’m talking directly to you.

I want you to take a look at how this is getting in the way of you wanting to lose weight.

If you can’t slow down enough to take care of yourself, how do you think you are going to achieve the changes that you want for your body?

In order for your body to change, you actually have to be present with yourself.

You have to be able to pay attention to what’s going on with your body and what it needs to feel taken care of and loved.

You may not even know where to start in terms of take better care of yourself when you are juggling so many other responsibilities and you can’t even seem to unravel yourself from this mindset of being busy all the time. 

So, if you don’t know where to start with this, which is what many of my clients come up against, I’m launching my 10 Days of You Challenge. 

The last time I did this challenge it blew me away.

The engagement in the facebook group and the amount of women, and even some men, who really felt a huge impact in their daily lives. 

It allowed them to slow down.

Focus on them. 

And really re-discover what lights them up, and what makes them feel amazing in their body.
