Life is constantly changing and transforming and if you don’t learn how to accept, let go and stay present you’ll struggle with being caught in the past or trying to live in a future that hasn’t happened.
If you run from your emotions they WILL chase you and show up in behaviours that don’t help you live your best life or be your best self.
