Today, Lisa Sharp, Empowerment Coach and Clutter Expert, leads a thought provoking discussion on fear, and how our fears are deeply grounded in our emotions and how they can either paralyse us, or empower us.
Lisa, along with the “All the Stuff” ladies Lisa Carpenter, Transformational Life and Nutrition Coach and Jen Turrell, Financial Personal Trainer for Women, discuss their own personal challenges with fear and how they have “unstuck” themselves in order to grow through the sometimes debilitating repercussions of fear.
Listeners will learn tips on how to accept fear as a constructive part of their lives, and use it as a catalyst for uncovering what is underneath in order to break through their comfort zones. They will also learn a simple technique for breaking down their fears into a few simple questions, that can ease their minds, and help them move from “flight, fight or freeze”, to “doing the thing”, and feeling a tremendous sense of empowerment.
