Episode 6: Why self care doesn’t work {Part 1}

Body Image, Emotions, Health, Mindset, Podcasts

Today on the podcast I’m talking about self care and specifically what it is and isn’t and why the term annoys me.   Self care isn’t something you DO but who you are BEING.  Tune in to get my perspective and understand why as high achieving, driven women we don’t need more things to DO but must fundamentally change who we’re being if we want to reap the rewards of better emotional and physical well-being.  Unless you change how you think and feel about yourself from the inside out you’ll still be facing overwhelm, exhaustion and frustration about why you can’t seem to feel better no matter what you do.
