Episode 46: Why guilt is good thing

Emotions, Podcasts, Transformation

In episode 46 Lisa dives into guilt vs shame and the impact both emotions have on us.  What you may or may not know is that most addictions (both substance and behaviour addictions) are driven and fuelled by shame.  Shame is the voice in your head that tells you you’re not good enough and will hold you hostage.  It keeps you from speaking up, sharing your struggles and frustrated with why you can’t seem to change.  Shame is the gateway to transformation and in today’s episode, Lisa gives you tools to identify your shame voice, release it and forgive. You have the power to transform your stories and in doing so transform your life.
