Episode 193: Quitters Sometimes Win. Do You Know Why?

Boundaries, Emotions, Habits, Mindset, Podcasts

In episode 193, Lisa shares the importance of exploring what you are committed to and why quitting might be the right answer to creating the success you want.  Most people believe more equals better, however, the opposite is often true.  Letting things go and getting things off your plate will create space to allow more peace and ease into your life.  This can be a challenging pill to swallow for most high functioning, driven individuals, however, the consequences of spinning too many plates often comes at the high cost of exhaustion and feeling like you’re never doing a good enough job.

Consider for a moment how much your identity is wrapped up in “finishing” and what you make it mean if you quit.  But does it mean anything?  If quitting is a choice that allows more of what you want in and LESS of what you don’t THIS is what it means to win.

Please share this episode if it resonated with you with another ambitious, driven individual who probably needs to hear this message as well.

I’d love to hear from you over on my Instagram at lisacarpenterinc!
