You don’t have to get caught in setting new goals, intentions, words etc. and can just take your time easing into 2023.  The last few years have been a lot to carry, and most women are tired, and overwhelmed from all of it.  In today’s episode, Lisa is sharing about important markers you need to look for if you have normalized feeling less than 100% and why it’s so important to get your hormones checked as you age, especially if you are a high functioning, driven woman who has been navigating stress (who hasn’t).

It’s completely understandable to feel tired and overwhelmed after the events of the past few years. You don’t have to get caught in setting new goals, intentions, words etc. and can just take your time easing into 2023. Take time to ease into the new year and set goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you can be a good way to manage your energy and well-being. In today’s episode, Lisa shares how it’s important to pay attention to your physical and mental health, and seek medical support, such as hormone testing, can be helpful in addressing any imbalances or issues that may be contributing to feelings of being less than 100%. It’s important to prioritize self-care and seeking support when needed.

She also dives into a few easy questions you can ask yourself as you explore 2023 and reflects on a few of her own missed lessons in 2022.
