In the U.S., 73.69% of the population is considered overweight or obese. In Canada, that number is 63% of the population. Those numbers are staggering and trouble me, especially in light of the pandemic where your chances of hospitalization for COVID triple. And that’s not to mention the myriad of other health issues you have to worry about, pandemic or no pandemic.
If you’ve been tuning into this podcast for a while, you know that a significant portion of my career has been focused on the physical well-being of the people I work with.
